Body, Mind & Spirit Connection

Can our thoughts impact the structure and function of our bodies? Can what is happening in the brain affect the heart, lungs, and even the bones? Can our thoughts change the structure of our cells? Can the brain be brought back into balance? We will take a look.

There are connections and links traversing the magnificent structures of the mind, the body and the spirit. They are in constant communication, and when one suffers the other sympathizes.

Brain and body are an inseparable team. We will look at the intimate workings of their relationship and see how they react upon each other. The brain tells the body what, when, where, and how to behave. And the body obeys (even if the brain is sending bad instructions).

How do stress and different emotional states affect the autonomic nervous system, the hormonal and immune systems, the heart-brain and spirit?

See how stress impacts not only our emotional state, but also the health of the body. We will take a look behind the scenes and see the chemistry of stress.

The health implications are easy to understand: Disharmony leads to inefficiency and increased stress; while harmonious rhythms are more efficient and less stressful to the body’s levels.

Our thoughts

What good is a memory without an emotion? Memories are laid down during emotionally charged events.

We’ll reveal how toxic thoughts of bitterness, anger, resentment, and an unforgiving spirit can lead not only to psychological and emotional issues but to diseases. Better yet; we’ll reveal how to rewired and overcome it towards a higher self

It is our thoughts that produce emotions and our emotions generate our actions, which lead to behaviors. Emotions give life and color to our experiences. It is our thoughts and feelings that make us who we are.

Negative emotions lead to increased disorder in the heart’s rhythms and in the autonomic nervous system, thereby adversely affecting the rest of the body.’ “...In contrast, positive emotions create increased harmony and coherence in heart rhythms and improve balance in the nervous system.”  the heart influences not only the neuroautonomics but also higher perception.

There must be a balance; we cannot allow ourselves to get to the point of no return.
